Since Pan began it has always had the logistical problem of practice space and instrument storage. In most cases steelbands and players have not been in a position to afford dedicated space for their endevours and have always had to compromise their needs and usage according to the needs of other dominating users of shared space.

In this Panyard the situation is reversed. The instrument and the music are the reason why the location was created in the first place and other musical and cultural activities are welcome to share our home and it’s facilities.
The facility is shared by three resident steelbands and is used for other steelband projects as well as being available for other cultural activities and the private events of the MCC members, such as birthday parties & weddings.
